As the UK Insurance Lead your primary goal will be to drive growth and provide strategic leadership for our insurance practice.

With extensive knowledge of the UK insurance market particularly in general insurance life insurance and speciality insurance sectors you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative tailored solutions for our insurance clients addressing their unique challenges and enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives.

What will you do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the UK insurance sector and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Lead high-profile insurance-related projects delivering consultancy and advisory services tailored specifically to client needs.
• Understand client-specific challenges within the insurance landscape and develop customised strategies and solutions.
• Manage guide and build a dedicated team of insurance consultants providing expertise leadership and coaching.
• Stay informed about industry developments such as digital transformation insurance technology innovations and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks like IFRS 17 regulatory changes and emerging trends in the UK insurance market translating this into actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and detailed reports on insurance market trends regulatory issues and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Work collaboratively across practices to offer integrated solutions and enhance Projective Groups market presence within the insurance sector.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams delivering clear direction motivation and effective management.

Solid analytical logical and problem-solving skills capable of providing practical solutions and strategic insights.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills able to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.

An entrepreneurial mindset proactive in identifying market opportunities and committed to driving continuous growth.

Established and robust professional network within the UK insurance sector.
