Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPD qualification level 5.
  • HR generalist experience in the UK, with strong exposure to employee relations.
  • Experience supporting TUPE processes in the UK.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support for UK employees, including administration and policy guidance.
  • Support employee relations processes, including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Coordinate and manage TUPE transfers and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting in HRIS systems.
  • Champion employee engagement and well-being.
