Qualifications

  • 5-7 years HR Manager and/or Business Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
  • Previous work experience in Retail with a Global company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to management and employees on HR matters.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues.
  • Develop HR programs aligned with company culture.
