Qualifications

• Professionally qualified with extensive INED and Board Chair experience.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like Solvency UK.
• Proven ability to shape strategy at Board level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Board fulfills its responsibilities effectively.
• Lead the Board by setting agendas and chairing meetings.
