The Opportunity

Your Role as a UX/UI Designer

• Conduct user research, analyze data, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and strategists to bring concepts and ideas to life.
• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize and maintain Design Systems and reusable components.
• Analyze user behavior using tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
• Share insights and ideas with peers within Youwe’s Digital Studio-our multidisciplinary team of designers and creative frontend developers.

What You Have

• 3 to 5 years of agency experience.
• Experience in creating and documenting Design Systems.
• The ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative feedback into effective, user-centered design solutions.
• A strong sense of curiosity—you know when to ask the right questions and when to seek supporting data to guide creative decisions.
• Excellent communication skills within design and development teams, as well as with clients.
• The ability to work independently when presenting concepts and prototypes to the Product Owner, gathering feedback, and ensuring the final experience meets the project objectives.
• Hands‑on experience with Design Systems and documentation, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
