A prominent charity organization in England is looking for a Trusts and Grants Executive to join its team. In this desk-based, entry-level fundraising role, you will manage the Trust and Grants team inbox, ensure accurate recording of Trust donations, and support various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have outstanding administrative and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment. This role is crucial to supporting fundraising efforts and may involve occasional travel for engagements.
As a Trusts and Grants Executive, you will be responsible for:
Deputising for team members at Naming Ceremonies and donor engagement events when needed. This is a predominantly desk‑based, entry‑level fundraising role where you will be pivotal in supporting a team of Trust and Grant Managers. There may be occasional travel for off‑site meetings and events.
You will be someone who combines great administrative, IT and organisational skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be both a process and a people person who enjoys relationship management and being part of a team but with a keen eye for detail and natural resourcefulness to trouble‑shoot and identify process efficiencies to ensure the smooth running of the team.
