Trustee Governance Manager

We are currently partnered with a third-party administrator looking for a Trustee Governance Manager to join their team. The company offers a wide range of pension solutions, including defined benefit (DB), defined contribution (DC), and hybrid schemes. Their services include scheme administration, investment management, actuarial support, and trustee responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage relationships with the Chair, Trustees, and Committees.
  2. Provide full scheme secretarial support to the Trustee Boards.
  3. Oversee and manage the trustee appointment process.
Essential Criteria:
