A leading legal practice in Dorchester is seeking a Trust & Tax Solicitor or Legal Executive with over 4 years PQE. The role involves managing trust and tax matters, including tax returns, compliance, and client interactions. Overview

Trust & Tax Solicitor / Legal Executive - Dorchester

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a leading Dorset and Somerset practice who are looking to recruit a 4+ years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Trust and Tax team in Dorchester.

As part of this highly regarded team, you will handle a range of trust and tax matters, including:

  • Preparing and submitting self-assessment tax returns for individuals.
  • Advising on income tax, capital gains tax, and relevant tax reliefs.
  • Managing and administering trusts, ensuring compliance with taxation and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience and technical knowledge in trust administration and tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Confident independently managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

This role is ideally full-time, but part-time hours will be considered.
