A well-established provider of private wealth services in Scotland is seeking a Trust and Company Administrator to manage client portfolios and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in fiduciary services and a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA. Responsibilities include administering client portfolios and preparing legal documentation.
This role offers the opportunity to develop or expand your trust and company administration career within a well-established Guernsey-based provider of private wealth and pension services. With a diverse client base and a strong team environment, the successful candidate will manage their own portfolio and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, compliant fiduciary services.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience for the Administrator level or 3-5 years' experience for the Officer level, gained within trust, pensions, or fiduciary services. A relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA is preferred or study towards one will be supported. Strong knowledge of local fiduciary regulations and defined contribution pension schemes would be beneficial. Applicants must be proactive, well-organised, and confident in liaising with both clients and professionals.
