Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm.
• Must have experience managing a busy caseload.
• Extensive tribunal experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion.
• Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing.
• Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed.
