Are you ready to lead and influence the provision of Treasury services at one of the UK's leading housing associations? This is your chance to take ownership of managing the security that underpins L&Q's debt portfolio, ensuring covenant compliance and supporting projects that make a real difference to our residents.
Our ability to fund investment in affordable housing depends on maintaining strong relationships with lenders and meeting covenant requirements. This role ensures we optimise property assets and maintain compliance, enabling L&Q to deliver its strategic objectives.
You'll report to the Head of Treasury (Corporate Finance) and work in a matrix reporting structure with the Treasury leadership team, collaborating across Finance and with internal and external stakeholders to deliver L&Q's strategic objectives.
