The Luxion Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Treasury & Finance Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our core financial operations. In this newly created role, you'll be at the heart of our growth, leading a talented treasury and finance operations department, shaping operational strategy, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful performance improvements.

You will lead and oversee Treasury, Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable ensuring seamless alignment across these core functions. With a strong focus on governance and compliance, you'll implement and uphold robust financial controls and processes.
You will be responsible of Luxion Group's cash flow and accountable for managing liquidity, mitigating financial risk and safeguarding the Group's ability to meet its day-to-day obligations.
You'll shape long-term treasury and operational finance strategies that provide resilience and drive sustainable growth.
Ideally, you bring leadership experience from a high volume, low value transactional industry, along with a robust mindset and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.
Your background in managing daily cash flows, accurately forecasting cash and managing operational finance teams will be key to developing a high performing team and forward-looking cash flow strategies.
As a confident finance leader, you'll inspire your team, influence decision-making and drive operational excellence across the Group.
You may be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA), or qualified by experience, with advanced Power BI capabilities and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
