A leading entertainment company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the growth of their travel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a background in travel. This role involves providing operational support, managing guest issues, and generating reports to aid in decision-making. The position is based in Greater London, with a hybrid work model. We’re looking for individuals with travel industry operations experience and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences across our Parks and Cruise Line offerings.
Strong Communication Skills—both Written And Verbal—are Essential.
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the growth of the Walt Disney Travel Company (WDTC) by providing operational support and contributing to key projects and initiatives.
You’ll primarily work onsite at our Hammersmith office (4 days/week), with flexibility to work from home one day per week.
