Job summary

A leading multi-national equipment manufacturer in Derby is seeking a Transport Planner for a 12-month contract. The role requires end-to-end planning and shipping of customer orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and ship customer orders to global distribution and OEM partners.
• Complete export documentation including Proforma’s, Labels & Shipping Notes.
• Liaise with customers and carriers for time-sensitive bookings.
• Facilitate freight invoice process in line with carrier invoices.
• Manage exceptions through to resolution.
