Job description

Churchill London is looking for a highly organised and proactive Transformation Manager to lead change management programmes that align with client strategies, driving transformation and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal stakeholders and clients, you'll manage the entire process, identify and report risks, and use productivity data and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and a strong change culture. This role now includes a focus on workplace well‑being, integrating wellness initiatives into transformation strategies to help clients improve measurable outcomes in this area.

Responsibilities
  • Review inherited performance, operational, and commercial aspects to map projects and identify risks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and operational management, ensuring alignment on delivery expectations during pre‑mobilisation.
  • Provide the Account Lead with accurate operational and commercial data from contract requirements, safeguarding against information gaps during service partner transitions.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, offering strategic insights and supporting smooth implementation post‑mobilisation.
  • Align with our commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility, by sourcing suitable equipment and solutions for staff and clients.
  • Confidently engage with senior management and directors to drive results and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage projects, track actions, and update progress throughout all stages of mobilisation using Smartsheet.
  • Strong Power BI skills including design, dashboard creation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inherited process challenges effectively.
  • Great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly across cross‑functional teams.
