The opportunity
We’re seeking a Transformation Lead to act as a trusted advisor, driving QBE’s strategic transformation agenda. In this role, you’ll provide thought leadership, leverage external perspectives, and scale transformation governance frameworks to deliver impactful change across the Chief Data, AI, and Enterprise Technology Office.
You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, manage a portfolio of initiatives, and ensure alignment with QBE’s global strategy while embedding best practices and delivering measurable outcomes.
