Role Overview

Demand across this group continues to rise, creating an opportunity for a strong junior lawyer to join a well regarded offshore firm in Jersey. This is a team known for high quality transactional and advisory work across corporate, finance, funds and regulatory matters, acting for an extremely active and demanding client base.

Responsibilities

The role involves supporting partners on a broad mix of corporate and finance transactions including acquisitions, restructurings, financings, funds instructions and regulatory advice. You will be responsible for managing delegated matters, drafting and reviewing documentation, producing legal opinions and supporting clients across a varied caseload. The firm welcomes applications from both solicitors and barristers.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 2–4 years of post qualification experience, with a strong grounding in transactional or non contentious advisory work. Offshore experience is helpful but not essential. Strong technical ability, attention to detail and the confidence to work directly with clients will be important.
