Job summary

A social enterprise focused on community health is seeking a Trampoline Coach to help develop customers' gymnastic skills. In this role, you will be responsible for planning engaging lesson plans and ensuring Assistant Coaches implement them effectively. You will maintain updated knowledge on British Gymnastic guidelines to provide the best training for pupils. Ideal candidates will have experience in gymnastics or trampoline coaching, strong people skills, and the ability to motivate students and communicate progress with parents.

Qualifications

Job Overview

As a Trampoline Coach you will be help and develop customer's gymnastic skills when using our equipment. You will plan and prepare engaging and progressive lesson plans and be responsible for ensuring Assistant Coaches deliver your lesson plans. You will stay up to date with British Gymnastic guidelines ensuring your pupils get the best training possible and achieve their goals and badges.
