A prestigious healthcare organization in London is looking for a dedicated individual to join the Outpatients training team. This role involves delivering high-quality training for administrative staff across multiple sites. The successful candidate must excel at creating training materials, schedule sessions efficiently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual to join the Outpatients training team. You will provide training assessment programmes for administrative staff across Outpatients including Outpatient Access, Inpatient Access, Endoscopy, Switchboard and Outpatient clinics across all three sites at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Conducting regular audits, supporting managers in evaluating trainees' performance are key aspects of this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have to be organised, proactive, and adaptable with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality training delivery. You will fully participate in the development and implementation of training programmes, ensuring they are effective and aligned with Trust standards.
The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator, capable of engaging diverse audiences and skilled in delivering clear, concise training sessions. You should be innovative in developing training materials, responsive to the needs of trainees, and dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment.
You should be capable of learning and working with new systems as we continue to streamline and modernise, and be able to manage well under pressure and often in unpredictable circumstances. Outpatients is undergoing a very ambitious Transformation Programme and you will contribute to the programme as appropriate.
