Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective training online, in-person, and in the field to support colleagues across all areas of our operations.
• Bring policies and procedures to life, turning complex information into clear, practical learning for diverse teams.
• Support and guide teams through learning platforms, tools and systems, and offer technical help and support with onboarding as needed.
• Collaborate closely with managers, operational leads and other departments to embed learning as a positive, ongoing experience.
• Create dynamic training materials, including presentations, handbooks, guides and digital content.
• Champion our culture and values through everything you teach and share.
• Identify learning needs and tailor your approach to suit your audience, from new starters to experienced managers.
• Work flexibly and independently, often travelling to different sites within your hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years training experience in a multi‑site setting, desirably in the childcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the childcare environment, challenges, policies, procedures and best practice.
• Confident communicator and natural facilitator, energising every session and bringing complex information to life.
• Organised, self‑sufficient and adaptable, able to manage time, juggle priorities and remain calm under pressure.
• Digitally savvy, confident using Microsoft 365, online learning platforms and digital tools to create and deliver impactful content.
• Compliance‑focused mindset dedicated to delivering training that meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
• Creative and detail‑focused, responsible for designing and editing high‑quality training materials that look great and stay compliant.
• Passionate about people development, willing to travel to connect with teams across the business and make a genuine impact.
• Happy to travel extensively as required by the role.
