Job summary

A respected training organization in the UK is seeking a Client Services Co-ordinator to manage training events and maintain high service quality. You will assist with administration, develop relationships with clients and trainers, and ensure the smooth operation of training logistics. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Ideally, you have experience of working within an administrative function in a professional Training organisation / Learning & Development department although that is not essential as long as you have administration and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

Internally, known as Client Services Co-ordinator, your duties will be :

  • To assist in the administration of the Company's training events
  • To maintain the quality of Bond Solon's service to clients
  • To develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, trainers and internal teams
  • Liaising with clients to determine details of inhouse training
  • Liaising with trainers to ensure they have the correct documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details
  • Liaising with internal venue teams to finalise delegate numbers, room requirements etc.
  • Trouble shooting virtual platform issues
  • Liaising with accreditation bodies overseeing the company’s qualifications
  • Ordering course materials and confirming delivery by deadline date
  • Dealing with queries from clients and internal teams
  • Dealing with feedback forms / feedback form links
  • Providing cover for other staff members when necessary
Essential and desirable capabilities

We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...

We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of their employment.

You will also need
  • To be a proficient user of Microsoft office applications
  • Experience creating events using virtual meeting platforms, e.g Teams / Zoom
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • To be a good team player
  • Experience in an administrative position, ideally in the same or a similar role
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Advanced English written and verbal skills
