Trainer Assessor for Land-Based Service Engineering

An exciting opportunity within the College Group for a Land-Based Service Engineering Trainer Assessor based at Brooksby College.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver across the full range of the department's provision, with a passion for innovation and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and develop the Land Based Service Engineering Further Education and Apprenticeship provision.
  • Plan, deliver and review lessons using a range of effective teaching and learning techniques.
  • Travel to industry sites to conduct reviews with apprenticeship students.
  • Share engineering knowledge and experience with learners, supporting continual improvement of the engineering provision.
  • Obtain a relevant qualification if not already possessed (willingness to undertake further professional development).

Qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Land Based Service Engineering industry.
  • Experience working with cutting‑edge technologies.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development and obtain a relevant qualification if required.
