A leading veterinary pathology service is seeking a Trainee Laboratory Technician to join their Histology team in Weybread. This full-time role offers comprehensive training and a chance to work with approximately 1,100 samples weekly. Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in science, strong communication skills, and GCSE qualifications in English, Maths, and Science. We are excited to announce an opening for a Trainee Laboratory Technician to become a vital part of our dynamic Histology team.
This position does not require prior laboratory experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Our histology department handles approximately 1,100 samples weekly from various species, creating slides for pathologist review. We receive samples from veterinary clinics throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, and beyond.
