As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Maidstone, you will receive:
  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

  • Purpose‑built training location

  • Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Full board: breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay
