This role is to join a well-established, fun, and hardworking team, where you will have the opportunity to recruit for our existing clients and help win new business.

We want to speak to people who ideally have experience in: Sales / Estate Agent / Outbound Call-Centre / Insurance Sales / Office Sales Environment.

Day-to-day you will learn to:

• Source candidates through headhunting and networking on sites such as our CRM, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Discuss and take job orders from clients.
• Write and post job adverts.
• Arrange interviews for candidates and liaise with them during this time.
• Make job offers to suitable candidates and handle rejections.
• Build relationships with existing and future clients.
