Base salary: £25,000 per annum (OTE up to £40,000)

This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to join our Reading office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We have huge growth plans and we want you to be part of something HUGE!

Trainee Recruitment Consultants can typically earn between £30,000 and £40,000 OTE in their first year, with some of our top-performing trainees earning between £45,000 and £55,000.
