Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Sheaf Close, Northampton NN5 7UL

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, on call rota

Salary: Competitive + commission and bonuses

• Business Development & Client Partnerships: Build excellent partnerships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand and deliver exceptional service.

• Organisation & Administration: Keep systems and databases accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth processes and efficient processes.
• Negotiation & Placement: Guide candidates through the offer stage with professionalism and care, securing the right fit and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
