The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training from experienced and successful technology recruiters. You’ll develop the skills needed to build strong relationships with candidates and clients, source top talent, and help businesses grow.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Learning the fundamentals of recruitment, from candidate sourcing to client management.
  • Engaging with highly skilled professionals in the technology sector via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Gaining industry knowledge to become an expert in your market.
  • Working towards personal and team targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
  • Developing your sales and negotiation skills to secure placements and drive revenue.
