A leading UK provider of water solutions is looking for a Trainee Payroll Assistant in Leeds. The role involves processing payroll for over 2500 staff, ensuring accuracy in timesheets, and managing payroll queries. Candidates should have at least 1 year of finance experience and strong attention to detail. The position offers a competitive salary of £24,000-£26,000 and various employee benefits including holidays and pension scheme.

Due to company growth we are looking to appoint a Trainee Payroll Assistant to join our well established payroll department. Successful applicants will have past payroll experience, attention to detail, be a team player and able to work using own initiative.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to your work and have confident time management skills. You must be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage as well as being able to integrate into an established team. You will be working in a team who process payroll for in excess of 2500 staff - Both Monthly and Weekly paid staff.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 (depending on experience) per annum
