Trainee Lecturer in Health and Social Care

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Halesowen College for a Trainee Lecturer in Health and Social Care. In this role you will work towards and then deliver effective learning, teaching and assessment that provides a high‑quality learner experience in the classroom, which is critical to their success. Working within teams delivering programmes of study across various curriculum areas, you will help ensure that learners acquire the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be ready for employment or further study. An enthusiasm for Health and Social Care and a drive to encourage students to progress within the area or a related discipline is essential.
