About the Role :

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee HGV Technician to join our Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 3 qualification in Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) or Cars who wants to take the next step and train as a fully qualified HGV Technician.

You’ll work alongside experienced HGV engineers, gaining hands‑on experience and receiving full training to progress your skills and earn your Level 3 HGV qualification – all while being paid a competitive £35,000 salary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist senior technicians with servicing, maintenance, and repair work on HGVs.
• Carry out inspections and basic repairs under supervision.
• Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.

Requirements :

• Level 3 qualification in LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) or Cars – essential.
• Eagerness to develop into a qualified HGV Technician.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work early and late shifts.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
