A community arts organization in Greater London seeks two trainee visual arts facilitators for their THRIVE initiative. These roles are designed for emerging artists eager to gain practical experience in co-creating inclusive arts curricula, facilitating workshops in schools, and addressing diverse needs. Candidates will collaborate with experienced professionals and participate in training for Youth Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding. Ideal for those looking to build skills in the participatory arts sector.
Rosetta Arts is seeking two passionate, trainee visual arts facilitators to join our freelance team for THRIVE. Through THRIVE, we will work with schools and cultural partners to deliver new arts‑led Science and History curricula, and a creative careers programme for year 5 pupils in Newham. THRIVE will be delivered by Rosetta Arts, in partnership with Eko Trust, Contemporary Visual Arts Network London (CVAN London), and Newham Council’s Heritage Service.
The Trainee Facilitator will work alongside the Lead Facilitator in both the design and delivery of this exciting project. One Trainee will focus on supporting co‑creation and delivery of the History curriculum and the other will do the same for Science. Both Trainees will work on supporting the creative careers programme. You will be working alongside experienced artists, teachers and will receive support from the Rosetta Arts team.

We are looking for people with a commitment to collaboration, empathy, and inclusive practice.
