Junior Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
Location: Leigh-on-Sea
Salary: GBP20,000 GBP25,000 basic + OTE GBP30,000 GBP35,000

The Package

• GBP20,000 GBP25,000 basic (DOE)

• GBP30,000 GBP35,000 OTE (uncapped)

• 2.5% commission on completed valuations

• GBP50 per mortgage sign-up (rising to GBP75 after 5 completions)

• GBP25 per solicitor referral

• Full training with clear progression routes

Working Hours

• Mon Fri: 8:45am 6:00pm

• Sat: 9:00am 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)

• 1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am 4:00pm)

What You ll Be Doing

• Registering applicants and matching them with properties

• Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Providing feedback and updates to clients

• Supporting sales from offer through to completion

• Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services
