We're excited to offer Trainee EMHP positions across Bradford and Craven - a fantastic opportunity to train and work within a rapidly growing team dedicated to supporting young people's mental health in educational settings.
Following the ambitions outlined in the Government's Green Paper to enhance mental health support in schools, Bradford has developed a strong EMHP team and is now expanding further.
This is a 12‑month fixed term training post, during which you'll study at university two days per week and work in service three days per week. During this time, you'll be paid at NHS AfC: Band 4.
Candidates will need to be ready to start university week commencing 16th February 2026
Upon successful completion of the EMHP Postgraduate Diploma and having obtained registration with the relevant governing body, your role will become permanent and progress to NHS AfC: Band 5.
