Responsibilities
  • Assisting in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion.
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence as required.
  • Supporting senior team members in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
  • Providing excellent customer service and timely updates to clients regarding their cases.
  • Learning to navigate the legal software and case management systems used in the firm.
  • Participating in training sessions and learning opportunities to enhance your conveyancing knowledge.
