Job summary

Qualifications

  • Practicing under supervision as a trainee advanced practitioner within cardiology.
  • Skills in assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the ANPs to coordinate Primary PCI calls.
  • Identify patients with acute coronary syndrome within the emergency quarter.
  • Assist and advise allied health professionals on ECGs and treatment of STEMI and ACS.
  • Work closely with the CCU to ensure cardiac patients receive quality care.
  • Complete local and national audits.
