Job summary

A reputable accountancy practice in the UK is seeking a Trainee Accountant for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should hold a finance or accounting degree (minimum 2:1) or have completed relevant A-Levels or AAT qualifications. Responsibilities include preparing accounts, completing bookkeeping, and receiving training. This office-based role requires the ability to drive, with a competitive salary ranging from £19,500 to £24,000 based on educational background.

Excellent opportunity for a 2025 Graduate / 2025 School Leaver to join a reputable accountancy practice in the GU area. Our client is offering on the job training where you will learn how to prepare accounts and tax returns and complete bookkeeping and VAT. You may also be able to study towards a professional qualification.

This is a very rare but exciting opportunity to join a fantastic accountancy firm as a Trainee Accountant.

Please note this is an office based role and requires you to drive due to the location.

Requirements

• Genuine passion to train as an accountant - this must be demonstrated from your initial call with TPF
• Ability to drive and work from the office 5 days a week
