Job role: Town Planner

Location: London

Salary: Competitive

My client is recruiting for a Town Planner to join an independent town planning and development consultancy in the London area. Having been in the industry for many years and due to recent expansion there is an immediate requirement for a Town Planner. Whether you are chartered or working towards being chartered we would love to hear from you.

This consultancy works on a number of projects across a wide range of sectors from urban and rural master planning to individual building projects in the public and private sector. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who have experience with managing planning applications.

My client is working on a number of exciting opportunities from city centre mixed used redevelopments to diversification planning for country estates. Working in a close knit environment the successful candidate will be offered a competitive package to grow within the organisation.

Your roles and responsibilities:
  • Managing planning projects right from the offset
  • Client communication
  • Processing planning assessments and planning statements and appeals

Ideally we are looking for the candidate to have 2‑5 years' experience within the public or private sector.
