A leading transportation company is recruiting a TopUsed Controller in Scunthorpe for administration support in the sale of used vehicles. You will manage stock levels alongside the Used Vehicle team while demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. A technical background and high proficiency in Excel are essential. We are recruiting for a TopUsed Controller to join our team in Scunthorpe on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will provide administration support for the sale of used vehicles from creating estimates, through to final invoicing and everything in-between. Loading and managing vehicles through the workshop, working closely alongside our Used Vehicle team and workshop controller to maintain, and control used vehicle stock levels and their maintenance.
In order to perform this role effectively and successfully, you will need to have good organisation and communication skills, as well as being a team player with the ability to use your own initiative. You should be flexible, adaptable and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be used to dealing with numerous tasks at any one time and this role does sometimes require you to work independently. You will be dealing with tight time constraints and deadlines, which can be challenging at times. We also need to ensure that audit requirements are met.
You should have a high standard of Excel and may have even used ESA and Mantis (our parts identifier system) or something similar would be great. It would be advantageous to us if you have worked in a similar environment such as a dealership or service / parts department and have a technical background and hold at least a CAT C licence.
