Job summary

A leading community healthcare provider in Greater London is looking for a dedicated Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse. In this role, you will focus on wound care management and support a dynamic team. The position requires a Registered General Nurse with experience in Tissue Viability. You will also assist in developing best practices, offer training, and contribute to the overall improvement of patient care. The salary ranges from £44,485 to £52,521 per annum, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse
  • Leg Ulcer management/Tissue Viability or equivalent
  • Prescribing qualification or willingness to complete
  • Teaching qualification
Experience
  • Experience in Tissue Viability
  • Evaluation and audit experience.
  • Experience in undertaking research and application of research to practice.

  • Advanced nursing skills in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients with Tissue Viability needs
