We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business for an experienced TIG Welder to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £29,725
  • Day shifts only no weekends
  • Hours of work: Mon to Thurs 7am to 4pm, Fri 7am 12pm
  • Location: Solihull
  • Immediate start available

  • Carry out TIG welding on aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
  • Work to engineering drawings and procedures.
  • Inspect own work to ensure high quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and workshop efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Proven TIG welding experience (aluminium & stainless steel essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
  • Fabrication/fitting experience (advantageous).

Desirable:

  • BS 4872 welder competence.
  • Additional welding or lean manufacturing training.
