TIG & MIG Welder / Aluminium Fabricator

• Location: Lapworth, B94 6JD
• Salary: £34,000 per year
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder skilled in Aluminium TIG and MIG welding to join our team. Youll be building high-quality aluminium gates and other bespoke fabrications to precise standards.

Once youre confident with our designs, youll have the option to move onto priced work, where skilled fabricators typically earn £60,000£70,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and assemble aluminium gates and custom projects
• Maintain high standards of precision, strength, and finish
• Work to deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in aluminium TIG welding and fabrication
• Experience with large fabrications
• Full UK driving licence and your own transport
• Must live within 20 miles of B94 6JD
• Self-motivated and physically fit

Pay & Benefits

• £16 / hour starting rate
• Up to £30+ / hour once on priced work (earning potential £5,000+ / month)
