Join our Mechanical Analysis Group in Stevenage as a Principal Thermal Engineer, playing a critical role in the design and qualification of cutting-edge military systems. You will take full ownership of complex thermal analysis packages, ensuring products meet stringent performance requirements.

This role requires strong technical depth, independent ownership, and the ability to influence cross-functional design teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Own & Deliver : Lead and deliver all thermal analysis work packages, managing schedules and stakeholder communications (internal and external).
• Analysis Expertise : Proven ability in complex thermal analysis using hand calculations and Finite Element Methods (FEM), including tools like ANSYS.
• Electronics Focus : Specific experience with the thermal analysis of high-power density electronics.
