Responsibilities

• Carry out complex technical radiotherapeutic procedures on all treatment and pre‑treatment units.
• Undertake appropriate care of patients, assessing treatment progress and side effects.
• Assess patients’ level of knowledge before commencing treatment.
• Provide appropriate information or refer to support services.
• Guide, instruct and support patients receiving radiotherapy.
