An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Lead within the Totton & Waterside Integrated Community Team. This role is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who is passionate about clinical excellence and team development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care. You will provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day operational support to a dedicated team of therapists, ensuring that service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of our patients. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to patient-centred care. We pride ourselves on working closely together, sharing ideas, and celebrating successes. Our team is deeply embedded in the Totton and Waterside community, making a real difference to the lives of local people. You will work collaboratively with nursing, frailty, and Primary Care colleagues to support complex care needs, prevent hospital admissions, and facilitate timely discharges. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and compassionate care.
