We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team in Cheadle, Cheshire. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £29,108.00 per annum (pro-rated to £17,464.80 based on hours worked) and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing direct support to the young person and their family through virtual sessions, home visits, and community-based activities
  • Assisting in the implementation of therapy programmes and interventions as directed by the lead therapist
  • Monitoring and documenting the young person\'s progress, reporting any concerns or observations to the appropriate team member
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sessions and interactions
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of individualised treatment plans
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that fosters the young person\'s growth and development
Qualifications
  • Relevant education or experience in a therapy-related field (occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or psychology)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families
