About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to join a highly reputable hospital based in North Bristol. The hospital is the regional major trauma centre and internationally recognised centre of excellence in a range of services and major specialities. The hospital is modern, vibrant and boasts outstanding facilities alongside state‑of‑the‑art technologies. This is an exciting time for a motivated Theatre Nurse / ODP to join their friendly and enthusiastic team. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and are looking for a like‑minded Theatre Nurse / ODP to join them.

We are looking for Theatre Nurses / ODP’s to work across the following specialisms:

• Scrub
• Anaesthetics
• Recovery
• Emergency / Vascular Theatres
• Neurospinal Theatres
• Urology Scrub

Who we’re looking for

• Be NMC / HCPC registered – your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• At least 6 months theatre experience
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Sound knowledge of the guidelines set out in the NMC / HCPC code of professional conduct and current perioperative issues
• Strong communication skills
