About the role

The Test Lead in the Corporate Tribe is responsible for managing relationships with third‑party test providers, leading automation and AI‑driven testing strategies, maintaining the test environment and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth integration of testing processes. The role also involves improving methodologies, setting technical standards and coaching team members to foster a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with internal and third‑party test management providers.
  • Lead the development and implementation of testing automation strategies.
  • Implement AI solutions to enhance testing processes and outcomes.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of test environments to ensure they are properly configured, stable and aligned with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, issues and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices.
  • Provide Tribe leadership across Testing.
  • Define and maintain technical standards for development and testing.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among chapter members and other Chapter Leads.

  • Proven experience in test management and automation.

  • Proven experience in management of internal and 3rd‑party services.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in software development including various programming languages, frameworks, tools and best practices.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in the testing domain.
  • Familiarity with other disciplines within the organization to ensure seamless integration and collaboration between teams.
