Hours & Pay

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work fewer hours down to a minimum of 12. Pay is £12.45 per hour, rising to £13.66 for stores within the modulation range. Additional payments may apply based on location.

Availability windows

The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work.

Flexibility

We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and you’ll receive 3 weeks’ notice of your exact shifts. If the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the advertised windows we would still love to hear from you.
