Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate flexible schedules matching your availability.
